Rum Balls
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs about 50 cookies
- 1/4 cup Bacardi dark rum
- 1/4 cup honey
- 8 oz ground walnuts about 2 cups
- confectioners sugar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except sugar and blend thoroughly.
- Shape into small balls, about 1 inch diameter.
- Roll in sugar, and store in tightly closed container.
- Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
